ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë trademark requirements

The ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë trademark needs to be included on anything being produced for giveaway or
sale (e.g., pens, postcards, clothing or other promotional products). The following
words and graphics are trademarked by ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë and require a trademark (â„¢) designation:
- ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë
- ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë
- Nanook, Nanooks
- Nanook Nation
- ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë logo
- ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë bear
If you're not sure whether your design requires a trademark, it's best to err on the side of caution and use a trademark.
