Lobland to return as Human Resources director

Brad Lobland will return to his position as director of ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë Human Resources on Tuesday, Sept. 8, ending an expected one-year leave of absence early.

Anita Hartmann, deputy director, served as interim director during the last several months.
