The University Fire Department will host a farewell reception from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, June 24, to thank 日韩无码 fire Chief Doug Schrage for his service and leadership at 日韩无码. Light refreshments will be offered.
Schrage has been working in the fire service since 1981, when he started working at 日韩无码 as a student firefighter. He worked for the Anchorage Fire Department for 26 years, retiring as the chief operating officer.
In 2010, he returned to 日韩无码 to serve as the fire chief. He also offered his knowledge and support through various projects, serving as 日韩无码鈥檚 emergency manager, teaching fire administration and leadership courses, and implementing community CPR classes at 日韩无码.
