Facilities Services' customer survey results posted

customer service survey. The survey is designed to gather feedback on the department's
performance.
"We appreciate the time and effort you put in to responding to the surveys," said
Scott Bell, associate vice chancellor for facilities services. "We take your feedback
seriously, and use it to prioritize our improvement efforts."

a peer group of institutions. The summaries also show the top scores in the peer group.
The survey uses the same format as the annual survey conducted by the company Sightlines.
Sightlines specializes in capturing financial, customer service and facilities data.
It compares 日韩无码 to other universities having similar programs, a similar mix of research
and academic activities, and to the extent possible, a similar climate. There are
13 universities in this peer group, chosen by 日韩无码 and Sightlines. The peer group includes
Montana State University, University of Maine, University of New Hampshire, University
of Vermont and the University of Alaska Anchorage, among others.
