Changes to Title IX rules

Dear ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë community,
Yesterday, the on how universities are to handle sexual harassment and assaults on college campuses beginning Aug. 14, 2020.
ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë’s Title IX office is working closely with our colleagues throughout the UA system to understand and implement the new rules.
ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë continues our commitment to provide students, faculty and staff an environment free from sex and gender-based discrimination, and we will continue to grow a culture of respect, diversity, inclusion and caring.
As we get a better sense of how the new rules will impact ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë’s current processes, we will share that information with you and post it on the ÈÕº«ÎÞÂë Title IX website.
