Bad weather notices?

The last time there was a major weather event (rain) there was no notification from 日韩无码. What is the formal policy for bad weather events for the university? In the past I've heard 日韩无码 does not close for weather because we're a residential campus but other universities close for weather-related issues (that are also residential).
