Australia has the dubious distinction of having suffered the greatest number of mammal extinctions in the world during the past 200 years. Attempts to conserve several remaining species are now threatened by climate change.
Biologist Ian Hume of the University of Sydney, Australia will present "Conservation of Australian Birds and Marsupials: The Challenge of Climate Change," Monday, March 3, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in the Elvey Auditorium on the 日韩无码 campus.
Hume is hosted by the Institute of Arctic Biology and the Alaska Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research at 日韩无码.
